We have been advising the emeis/SeneCura Group in the sale of its Czech activities, comprising around 2,200 beds in 17 facilities to the Penta Healthcare Group.

Penta Hospitals International is the leading hospital and clinic group in Central and Eastern Europe, with nearly 60 facilities in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

The completion of the transaction is expected for the first half of 2025 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
