We want to assure you that this is not a security breach on the part of our company or unauthorised access to our systems; instead, these are fraudulent e-mails attempting to mislead the recipient.
In response to the occurrence of these fake e-mails, our law firm has filed a criminal complaint against an unknown offender. RULES FOR RECEIVING COMMUNICATIONS
Any communication vis-à-vis HAVEL & PARTNERS s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, HAVEL & PARTNERS s.r.o., advokátska kancelária, HAVEL & PARTNERS Tax s.r.o. and/or H&P Patents s.r.o. (each of the companies referred to as “H&P”), which is intended to have legal consequences, may only be made in the form of a letter sent to the address of the registered office of the respective H&P company and/or a data message sent to the data box of the respective H&P company, unless the receipt of any other communication (in particular e-mail) is confirmed in writing by a person authorised to act in the matter in question (but not by an automated acknowledgement of receipt of the message or by any other means in which that person does not act in an active manner).
