Adam Forst specialises in litigation and arbitration, primarily in connection with compensation for property damage and non-pecuniary harm, and in sports law. In addition, Adam specialises in insurance, an area in which he provides comprehensive legal advice to leading Czech insurance companies and insurance brokers.

He is also a regular lecturer on damages and insurance at Masaryk University in Brno and the Judicial Academy in Kroměříž. Adam also serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Agrarian Chamber.

Before joining our law firm, he worked for Česká pojišťovna and Generali Pojišťovna. In 2012 to 2013, he worked for the Czech Ministry of Justice, where he was responsible for matters related to the amended Civil Code and the Companies Act.
