Adam specialises in information technology, media and telecommunications law, intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and e-commerce regulation.
In the area of information technology, media and telecommunications, Adam focuses mainly on the legal aspects of the creation and use of IT systems, cyber security and electronic communications services. He regularly assists clients with the preparation and negotiation of various types of IT contracts and also has experience in representing clients in administrative proceedings conducted by the telecommunications authority.
In the area of intellectual property, Adam focuses primarily on the protection and enforcement of copyright and industrial property rights, as well as the licensing of intellectual property. He has advised numerous Slovak and foreign clients, including software companies, film producers and pharmaceutical companies, and has experience in both court and out-of-court resolution of IP disputes.
In the area of commercial contract law, Adam focuses on comprehensive contracts with an international aspect, franchising and distribution relations. Adam specialises in the automotive and electronics sectors, where he regularly advises clients at various levels of the supply chain.
Adam has also worked on many e-commerce projects in business sectors such as fashion, jewellery and arms. In the area of e-commerce, he advises clients in particular on consumer protection regulation, intellectual property, marketing law and personal data protection.
