Adriana Míšová specialises primarily in tax return preparation and ongoing advisory, as well as corporate tax law, international taxation, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
During her practice she was responsible for comprehensive tax agenda (advising on corporate income tax, VAT, tax return preparation and other tax areas) of many Czech branches of international corporations or major Czech companies, including assisting with tax audits of these entities.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS Tax s.r.o. in 2024, Adriana worked in tax departments of multinational companies.
