Alena Šíchová specialises in public administration, administrative law, administrative proceedings including administrative justice, construction law, environmental law, and alien law.
Alena advises clients on waste management, including waste reuse, construction of linear structures and expropriation, and on energy and renewable energy, especially in construction proceedings and other permitting procedures, including licences from the Energy Regulatory Office. She was involved in a major transaction concerning the sale of a Czech group to a leading German energy company. The Czech group is one of the leading heat producers and suppliers in the Czech Republic.
Prior to joining our law firm, Alena worked in the Legislative Department and in the Office of the Minister at the Ministry of the Environment, and subsequently in the Prague office of the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland.
