Alice Nytrová specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, due diligence, contract and competition law, as well as state aid.
In her long-standing legal practice, Alice has been involved in many major domestic and cross-border transactions and strategic projects. Alice represented clients across various sectors, both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side, at all stages of a transaction. In addition to the preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation, the comprehensive legal advice included, among other things, structuring the transaction, implementing the preceding corporate restructuring, conducting due diligence and setting up the legal framework for business cooperation. In relation to investors, Alice advised on providing financing, establishing security for investments and, in the case of equity investors, setting up a new corporate structure. Alice has provided transactional advice to clients primarily in e-commerce, pharmaceutical, information technology, energy, real estate, financial services, and public sector.
In corporate law, Alice focuses primarily on corporate restructuring of business groups, setting up and regulating legal relations between shareholders, as well as domestic and cross-border corporate transformations.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, she worked for several years as a senior associate at a leading Czech law firm.
