Andrea Mochorovská specialises in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, contract law, and real estate.
In mergers and acquisitions, Andrea advises clients both on the sell- and buy-sides. In this respect, she conducts legal due diligence audits and prepares comprehensive transaction documentation as well as provides legal assistance in post-transaction steps or issues.
In commercial law, Andrea focuses mainly on providing legal services in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and corporate agenda.
In real estate and construction, she focuses on legal due diligence of real estate, construction financing and preparation of contractual documentation in connection with the purchase, sale, lease and construction of real estate.
Andrea started affiliation with our law firm in 2024. Prior to joining our law firm, she worked as a junior associate in the Bratislava office of a major international law firm.
