Anna Černá specialises in the public sector, in particular public procurement.
In the public sector, she specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice in connection with public procurement (both on the part of contracting authorities and contractors), including advice on the preparation of award criteria and the organisation of procurement procedures and the participation of contractors in these procedures, as well as the preparation of expert opinions and analyses of the relevant issue.
As part of her practice, Anna is involved in representing clients before the Office for the Protection of Competition.
She has been affiliated with our law firm since 2013.
