Daša Aradská specialises in personal data protection, cybersecurity, employment law, technologies and innovation. She provides clients with comprehensive advice on GDPR compliance, internal process setup, and risk management in the digital environment. In these areas, she publishes specialist articles, lectures, and attends professional conferences.

Daša Aradská has extensive experience in employment law, enabling her to offer clients practical and strategic solutions not only in HR matters but also in areas overlapping with personal data protection, internal audits, compliance, or the implementation of new technologies and digital tools in the workplace. Employment law often intersects with other legal areas she focuses on, such as assessing the impact of AI and automation on employees, employee monitoring, whistleblowing, or setting internal guidelines and processes.

In her practice, Daša combines legal expertise with technologies and innovation. She is interested in TechLaw, where she focuses on the legal aspects of new technologies and artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2025, Daša worked at Weinhold Legal, Randl Partners, and PRK Partners, primarily dealing with employment law and personal data protection matters.  She also has years of experience in the corporate environment, having served as Legal Counsel at the technology startup Rossum and the global petrochemical company ExxonMobil.
