Practice Areas

David Šmída specialises in commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate reorganisations, group restructurings with a focus on diversification of risks, holding structure settings, and regulation of shareholder relations. During his practice, he has been instrumental in numerous local as well as international transactions.

David also provides legal advice to private clients, including in particular complex solutions for inter-generational family wealth transfers, and legal aspects of building and managing family holding structures.

After joining our law firm as junior associate, David Šmída has become an associate in 2016..
