Dita Krumlová specialises in competition law, significant market power law in the field of food and agricultural products, compliance, and contract law.
In the field of competition law, Dita advises primarily on distribution and cartel agreements, abuse of dominance, and merger issues. In the course of her practice, she has gained extensive experience with the application of the Act on Significant Market Power and Unfair Commercial Practices in the Sale of Agricultural and Food Products. In all of these fields, Dita has been involved not only in the assessment of projects intended by clients, but also in their representation before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in the subsequent judicial review. She is able to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice on the review of their supply and purchase agreements not only from the perspective of competition law aspects, but also the Act on Significant Market Power and contract law.
In the field of compliance, Dita is involved in preparing and conducting professional training in competition law and significant market power law for employees and company managers, competition law due diligence audits and compliance manuals tailored to individual clients.
In the academic sphere, Dita deals with and publishes on the topic of vertical restraints of competition in the e-commerce sector.
Dita started her cooperation with our law firm as early as during her studies in 2016. Subsequently, she worked as a junior associate, on which she smoothly followed up as an associate.
