Ema Černá specialises primarily in employment and alien law, social security law, and commercial and corporate law.
In the area of employment law, Ema focuses on the issues of entering into and terminating employment relationships, setting employee remuneration, drafting employment documentation, internal regulations of employers, employment due diligence, employment aspects of transactions, negotiation and litigation, and digitisation in employment relationships.
In the area of alien law, she focuses on obtaining work and residence permits for employees from countries outside the European Union posted by multinational companies to work in the Czech Republic, obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits for foreign nationals and other issues related to alien law.
Prior to starting to work as an associate, Ema worked at our law firm for almost five years as a legal assistant and then as a junior associate.
