In civil law, he has experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to both Slovak and international clients, including multinational corporations.
In specialised practice areas, František Mark has gained significant experience in consumer and insurance law, while his technical education has equipped him with broad knowledge in other highly specific practice areas.
Throughout his career, he has provided legal advice in high-profile disputes involving claims for compensation for damage or non-material damage, as well as in cases stemming from workplace injuries. František Mark has also advised major market players in the automotive, FMCG, and DIY sectors.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, he worked at one of Slovakia’s largest and most prestigious law firms, headquartered in Bratislava.
