Ivona Nováková specialises in litigation, in particular the collection and administration of claims.
In the area of litigation, she focuses in particular on the administration and collection of claims of non-bank entities and major companies in the Czech Republic. Ivona also represents clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts or in litigation proceedings before administrative authorities.
She started cooperation with our law firm while studying at Masaryk University in Brno. Since 2014, Ivona worked as a legal assistant and after graduation as a junior associate.
