Jakub Dozbaba specialises in electronic juridical acts and the related digital transformation in private and public law, information technology and Innovation as well as the general law of contracts.
In digital transformation, he focuses on the legal aspects of introducing paperless juridical acts into public and private organisations. He further focuses on digital acts, related certificates, paperless options for replacing authenticated signatures and many other aspects arising from the Right to Digital Services Act. In the general law of contracts, he prepares and negotiates over comprehensive agreements, including those with an international dimension, and analyses key contractual rights and obligations.
Jakub gained foreign experience during his six-month internship in Brussels, having particularly analysed topics related to EU law affecting Czech business entities. His other experience from abroad dates to his studies at the University of Wolverhampton.
