In banking, finance, and capital markets, Jan primarily focuses on the regulatory aspects of providing financial services, including licensing procedures before the Czech National Bank, fintech and AML, and the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies.
His experience extends to participating in legal due diligence, drafting and revising commercial contracts, preparing legal analyses, and debt financing.
Jan worked at HAVEL & PARTNERS since his student days, starting in 2017. Before returning in 2020, he gained valuable experience working at the Ministry of Finance and Raiffeisenbank.
