Jana Čipková specialises in the public sector, in particular in public procurement law and administrative law, including legal advice on administrative justice. She also focuses on procedural law and litigation.
In the field of public procurement, Jana advises clients both on the part of contracting authorities or contracting entities and on the part of tenderers or candidates. In the field of litigation, she is involved in representing clients in both common and complex court and arbitration proceedings.
Jana started gaining experience in the legal profession as early as during her studies (since 2016). Prior to joining our law firm in 2019, she also participated in the preparation of the Spring Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Bratislava as a project assistant in the Office of the National Council of the Slovak Republic. Prior to returning to our law firm as junior associate in 2021, she also worked at a leading law firm specialising in civil litigation, constitutional and criminal law.
