Jana Svobodová specialises primarily in family law, matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and corporate law with a focus on private clients.
In the area of family law, during her practice, she has mainly provided legal advice on various aspects of marriage, including its dissolution, matrimonial property law, parental responsibility issues, and civil procedural issues of family law. Jana also advises on the arrangement of relations to minors, setting the conditions of child custody, contact with children, and child maintenance.
In the area of company law, she specialises in corporate law, corporate transformations, and corporate restructuring of business groups and setting up holding structures.
After graduating from faculty of law, Jana served as a junior associate at a medium-sized Prague-based law firm, where she focused on general practice, but mainly on civil and family law. In 2021, she joined HAVEL & PARTNERS, where, after completing her legal traineeship and passing the bar exam in 2023, she took the position of an associate.
