Jaroslav Seborský specialises in personal data protection, information technology law, corporate and commercial law, and ESG.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, Jaroslav worked as a junior associate and later as an associate at PRK Partners in Ostrava and Prague. He gained further professional experience as a law student in the banking and finance team at the Prague office of WOLF THEISS Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG.
Between 2019 and 2022, Jaroslav worked, as part of his secondment, at one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial valves and also provided legal advisory services to its parent company.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where he earned a Master’s degree (in 2018). During his studies, Jaroslav participated in several international programs, including International Transport and Sale, Malta (2016), Competition Law School in Nicosia, Cyprus (2017), and Business Law School in Baku, Azerbaijan (2018). In 2017 he studied at the University of Helsinki (Finland) as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
