Jindřich Honka specialises in commercial law and corporate law, particularly in corporate dispute resolution and corporate transformations. He also provides comprehensive legal advice to private clients, with a particular emphasis on the protection and management of personal and family assets.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024 as an associate, having graduated from a faculty of law, Jindřich worked as a junior associate in leading Prague-based law firms providing general practice, with a focus on civil law and corporate law.
