Jiří Kunášek specialises in commercial law and corporate law, in particular in resolution of commercial disputes, transformations of companies and holding structures. He also provides comprehensive legal advice to private clients assisting them with the protection and management of personal and family wealth and private assets, or inter-generation capital transfer. Jiří has been involved in building a dedicated family property law group and is also the mainstay of a successful inheritance law team that represents clients in large and complex inheritance disputes and settlements. He also focuses on financial and capital markets law and advises companies on IPOs.
Before joining our law firm in 2017 he worked for leading Czech law firms which closely cooperate with major international groups focused on general practice.
