Jiří Tregler specialises in asset structures, including trusts, endowment funds, and their international alternatives, as well as corporate law and related private client advisory.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in providing legal services related to the creation of fund and holding structures, transforming existing structures, and offering related advisory services.
Before joining our law firm in 2025, Jiří worked as a legal assistant, junior associate, and later as an associate at PORTOS law firm. He also held a position at CCS PREMIUM TRUST a.s., where he contributed to the establishment of trusts, endowment funds, and trust-like entities in the Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Luxembourg. In addition to his professional practice, he has conducted numerous training sessions in the Czech and Slovak Republics, participated in international conferences, and published several articles and publications on fund structures and corporate law.
