Karolina Gerardi specialises in corporate law and the corporate restructuring of business groups. She also deals with civil law, especially contractual agenda, even that having foreign elements.
Since 2005, Karolina has worked in law firms providing general practice. Prior to joining our law firm in 2019, she worked at a medium-sized law firm specialising primarily in commercial, civil and labour law, real estate law, and intellectual property law. Karolina worked briefly at the Municipal Court in Prague.
