Karolína Hais specialises primarily in private law litigation, contract law, and debt collection. She also provides legal advice on insurance matters.
Karolína has extensive experience representing both individuals and large corporations, particularly in disputes arising from contract law and tort law for compensation for both material and non-material damage, as well as for unjust enrichment.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2023, she worked at a leading international law firm, where she advised major Czech companies on their litigation matters, particularly in the field of civil law.
