Klára Šléglová specialises in employment law and corporate law.
In the field of employment law, she primarily focuses on the establishment/changes/termination of employment and similar arrangements, configuration of the relations with managers, officers and directors, on the drafting of employment-related documentation and employers’ internal policies, labour-law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, employment law due diligence, settlement negotiation and litigation, and personal data processing in employment relationships.
Before joining Havel & Partners, Klára worked at the Prague offices of major Czech as well as international law firms. Prior to becoming a legal practitioner, she served as a consultant on EU matters in an advisory firm based in Brussels, and at the Czech Ministry of Justice in the International Relations Section.
