Kristína Očenášová specialises in litigation, debt management, commercial law, and tax law.
In litigation and arbitration, she represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings at all stages, in administrative proceedings, out-of-court dispute resolution, and in enforcement and insolvency proceedings, including addressing comprehensive debt management and related matters.
In commercial law, Kristína focuses mainly on corporate law, corporate transformations, restructuring of business groups, creation of holding structures, and regulation of legal relations between partners or shareholders.
In taxation, she deals mainly with procedural tax law with a primary focus on direct taxes, tax strategy optimisation for doing business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and also VAT.
Prior to joining our law firm, Kristína worked at an international law firm and a tax consultancy firm.
