Ladislav Řehák specialises in litigation and insolvency law.
In these areas, he has represented clients in recent years, in particular creditors in domestic and cross-border disputes and insolvency administrators, where he was part of a team providing comprehensive legal advice in many major insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic.
His litigation experience is mainly in the area of contract law and real estate law. Ladislav also has experience in criminal law.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, he worked at several law firms as well as an insolvency administrator’s office.
