Lenka Brunclíková specialises in intellectual property law, information technology law, and franchising matters. In the field of intellectual property law, she focuses mainly on industrial property and copyright law, providing legal advice on reviewing and drafting a number of agreements relating to the protection of intellectual property rights, including licensing agreements.
Lenka has also been involved in resolving disputes and opposition proceedings in the field of trademarks before both Czech and foreign institutions. The topic of her rigorous thesis was the distinctive character of trademarks, which she also deals with in practice.
During her previous practice Lenka has also been involved in advising on commercial contract law, where she has assisted a number of major Czech and foreign clients in setting up contracts with their business partners.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, she worked for three years at a leading Czech law firm, where she focused mainly on corporate law, litigation, employment law, and intellectual property law.
