Lenka specialises in competition law, state aid and significant market power.

She advises clients on cartel issues, abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid. Lenka represents clients in merger clearance proceedings and provides them with associated legal advice, represents businesses suspected of anti-competitive conduct, and advises clients on the competition aspects of their contemplated projects. She also frequently advises clients on compliance issues.

Before joining our law firm, she worked for eight years at the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition in various legal posts, inter alia as the director of the Manufacturing and Services Department, Competition Section, where she primarily focused on issues of dominance abuse and vertical agreements.
