Liliya Jung specialises in the public sector, in particular public procurement, concession procedures, and advising on projects co-financed from EU operational programmes.
In the public sector, she specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice in connection with public procurement and concessions (both on the part of contracting authorities and economic operators), including advice on preparation of award criteria and organisation of procurement procedures and participation of economic operators in these procedures, preparation of expert opinions and analyses of the relevant issues.
As part of her practice, Liliya is involved in representing clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2018, she worked at a law firm specialising in general practice.
