Lucie Kubínyiová specialises on acquisitions and sales of companies, commercial law (focusing on contract law), corporate law, private equity, and venture capital.
In recent years, she has been involved in many acquisition and sale transactions both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side (strategic and financial investors), particularly in the energy, technology, IT, real estate, and retail sectors.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, she worked at Dentons, an international law firm, and as senior legal counsel for the Rockaway Investment Group.
