Martin is a tax advisor and also a specialist in international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Martin is also a member of the Personal Income Tax Section, the Corporate Income Tax Section, and the Accounting Section of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisers.
He specialises in corporate tax law, international tax advisory, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and asset management. Within tax advisory services, Martin focuses mainly on accounting and tax advisory services in the context of restructurings, asset management, acquisitions and transformations (including international transactions), tax due diligence and follow-up tax advisory services in the context of sales or purchases of shares in companies, and income tax consultations.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS Tax s.r.o., he worked in the tax department of the consultancy firm Accace.
