Martina Stowasserová specialises in real estate and construction law and administrative law.
As regards real estate and construction law, she provides comprehensive legal advice, particularly in the sale and acquisition of real estate, in the leasing of commercial and residential premises, and in the construction of logistics, commercial and residential projects.
As regards administrative law, she focuses on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the implementation of various construction projects. As part of her practice in construction law, she has drafted a number of submissions, legal opinions, and analyses for major clients from the private and public sectors.
Before starting to work as an associate at our law firm, she worked as a paralegal from 2020, and before that as a legal assistant.
