Michal Nguyen specialises in corporate income tax and transfer pricing.
He focuses primarily on the preparation of tax returns and provides ongoing tax consultancy for Czech companies and subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Michal also has experience in the area of transfer pricing and tax due diligence. During his practice, he also prepared transfer pricing documentation and provided related tax consultancy.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS Tax s.r.o. in 2023, Michal worked in the tax department of KPMG Czech Republic for three years.
