Miriama Podskubová specialises in commercial law, corporate law and transactions, with an emphasis on cybersecurity, IT and technology.
In commercial law and transaction advisory, she focuses mainly on advising start-ups and optimising the appropriate structural set-up of companies from the perspective of the investor’s entry or their further operation.
In the field of cybersecurity, besides the preparation of contractual and project documentation, Miriama also deals with the correct interpretation and application practice of European legislation not only in Slovakia. In addition to client projects, she is an active speaker at conferences on the level of cybersecurity, online privacy protection, as well as the increasingly topical issue of AI regulation. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the European Union (CIPP/e), a member of the international association ELA, and Women4cyber, Miriama helps many startups, including technology ones, entrepreneurs, and international chains to set up their business properly.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, she worked at leading law firms with international reach.
