Nikola Pospíšilová specialises in litigation, primarily in debt administration and collection.
In the area of litigation, she focuses primarily on the collection of debts of leading banking institutions and non-banking entities in the Czech Republic. Nikola also represents clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts.
She has been cooperating with HAVEL & PARTNERS since her studies at Masaryk University in Brno. From 2020 Nikola had worked as a student and after graduation as a junior associate. After passing the bar exam, she started to cooperate with our law firm as an associate.
