Ondřej Haška specialises in consumer protection, general contract law, and information technology law. He primarily provides legal services to clients in the automotive, e‑commerce and IT sectors.
In the area of automotive and e-commerce, Ondřej addresses issues related to the regulation of the manufacture and distribution of goods (especially motor vehicles), consumer protection, consumer dispute resolution, and represents clients in administrative proceedings before supervisory authorities.
He has been involved in a number of comprehensive projects in the development, manufacture and supply of production equipment, end products and information systems. Ondřej has also participated in projects of private companies as well as projects of public authorities.
He has been working with our law firm constantly since his university studies.
