Patrícia Jamrišková specialises primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, environmental law, and family and inheritance law as part of civil law. In addition, in 2020 she successfully passed the trustee exam (bankruptcy trustee) in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring.

In corporate law, Patrícia advises on proposing appropriate corporate structures for clients, whether at the start of their business or in the reorganisation of their existing structure. She subsequently assists clients in bringing the proposed structure to life through the formation of new companies, domestic or cross-border mergers, amalgamations and divisions, changes of legal form, company liquidations or other appropriate means.

Her other important specialisation is the provision of comprehensive advice to private clients and family businesses, including in particular intergenerational capital transfer and protection of private assets, the aspects of building and managing (family) holding structures also including foreign legal forms of separation and arrangement of assets known as trusts or private endowments, and advice on family law and inheritance matters.

In mergers and acquisitions, Patrícia advises clients both on the side of buyers and sellers, including advising on the formation of joint ventures. In this respect, she also deals with legal due diligence and the preparation of comprehensive transaction documentation as well as legal assistance in post-transaction steps or issues.

In addition to her usual legal perspective, Patrícia also has a natural science perspective in the area of environmental law, as she successfully completed her studies in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Comenius University in Bratislava in 2018. She started her cooperation with our law firm during her studies in 2016, and prior to joining our law firm she had been working in the field of hydrogeology for 2 years.
