Patrik Chrást specialises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction law, and administrative law.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions he has provided legal advisory in the course of a number of transactions involving acquisitions or sales of companies owning and operating real estate in the Czech Republic, including the acquisition of a large shopping centre in the Czech Republic as well as office buildings located in Prague.
In the area of real estate Patrik has participated and provided legal advisory in connection with a number of transactions including both sales and acquisitions of real estate property in the Czech Republic. Patrik has also provided advisory in relation to leases both on the side of tenants and landlord. In addition, he provided legal advisory relating to contracts for the construction of manufacturing and logistics premises.
As for the area of administrative law, he focuses mainly on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the construction of new development projects and the revitalization of existing facilities. Patrik has prepared numerous legal opinions and analyses for major clients from both the private and public sectors.
Prior to joining our law firm, Patrik worked nearly three years as an in-house lawyer for the airline company Czech Airlines j.s.c.
