Pavlína Krušinová specialises in particular in real estate and construction law as well as energy law.
In the area of real estate and construction law, she has provided legal advisory in particular on construction of logistics parks across the Czech Republic (including acquisition of land via asset deals and share deals, development contracts, all private and public law aspects of zoning, contracts for work with suppliers, etc.) as well as the subsequent operation and use of the parks (including lease relationships). She has advised either the seller’s side or the buyer’s side in several transactions that included acquisition or sale of real property, everything from land plots as such (in particular for the construction of logistics parks), family houses, residential houses and commercial buildings to industrial or logistics facilities. Last but not least, she has provided legal advisory in relation to the planning and construction of residential buildings (including project financing from a bank, legal advisory on facility management and sale of housing units to end users).
In the area of energy law, she has provided legal advisory in particular relating to acquisitions of photovoltaic power stations, including legal due diligence and advisory on transaction financing from a bank.
Prior to joining our law firm, from 2008 to 2012 she worked at a major Czech law firm, where she provided legal services primarily in the following areas: corporate law, real estate and construction law, energy law, labour law, pharmaceutical law, and personal data protection.
