Petr Potůček specialises in corporate law, including international and domestic company acquisitions. He also advises on company transformations and related areas of commercial, civil and administrative law.
Petr has long focused on legal advice to private clients, always providing his legal services in a comprehensive manner, taking into account all tax and accounting implications. In providing legal services to investment companies, he also addresses group financing and tax optimisation issues.
Petr Potůček has been working at our firm since 2015, with a one-year break when being active in the judiciary, during which he specialised in litigation matters with a foreign element and proceedings under Part 5 of the Civil Procedure Code, which are specific in particular by the existence of a prior decision of an administrative authority.
