Petr Sztacho specialises in litigation in civil courts and arbitration.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in resolving disputes in the field of construction, unfair competition, and bill of exchange law.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2025, Petr worked as a junior associate at the Czech law firm Advokátní kancelář Pokorný, Wagner & partners, s.r.o., where as a member of the litigation team, he primarily focused on arbitration proceedings. Among his key cases was a significant arbitration concerning defects in a highway.
