Petra Gabrhelová specialises primarily in real estate and construction law, contract law, and municipal law.
In the field of real estate and construction law, she has been involved in the preparation and implementation of residential development projects and representing clients in related administrative and civil proceedings before the relevant authorities and courts. In addition to legal advisory services, Petra also focused on project management, economic, accounting and tax issues within the projects. She also deals in detail with the issue of land exclusion from the agricultural land fund, zoning, the principles of cooperation between developers and municipalities, and planning agreements.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2023, Petra worked for a Czech law firm and a Prague-based residential developer.
