Robert Nersesjan specialises primarily in competition law. In this area, he provides legal advice on cartels, abuse of dominance, vertical agreements, and competition law assessments of mergers and acquisitions. Robert is also involved in advising on clients’ planned projects from a competition law and compliance perspective.
In 2020, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, with which he remains connected as a PhD student at the Department of Commercial Law. His research focuses on the EU legal framework of prohibited resale price maintenance practices.
