Robert Nešpůrek is one of the founding partners of our law firm. He leads the Commercial, Technology & IP practice group and is also a member of the M&A practice group.

A significant part of Robert’s legal practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on IT and technology, e-commerce, retail, media, and video game-related deals—often involving the transfer of technology or intellectual property rights. He regularly advises strategic investors, private equity funds, and business owners. His expertise includes the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and out-of-court dispute resolution.

In the field of information technology, Robert advises clients on software law, IT delivery and implementation projects, IT outsourcing, and the resolution of disputes in complex IT matters. He also leads a team that specializes in data protection law and digital services regulation. Additionally, he advises clients on the commercial and regulatory aspects of film, television broadcasting, and video games.

Robert is responsible for delivering outsourced Data Protection Officer services. He also heads a team that provides guidance on whistleblowing matters, including the provision of outsourced whistleblowing officers and the handling of whistleblower reports.

Before co-founding our law firm, Robert worked in the Prague and London offices of a global law firm. He holds an LL.M. degree in European Business Law from Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
