Roman Marša specialises in banking, finance, and capital markets.
In these three areas, he focuses on regulatory aspects of providing financial services, licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank, capital markets transactions, and legal aspects of trading in financial instruments.
He also has experience in judicial and arbitration proceedings, participation in legal due diligence, drafting commercial contracts and legal analyses.
He started working with our law firm during his studies in 2019. Subsequently, he became a junior associate and later smoothly took over the role of an associate.
