Šimon Greguš specialises primarily in real estate and construction law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, contract law, and administrative law.
In the field of real estate law, he has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to both Slovak and international investors in the sale of commercial and residential properties.
Throughout his career, Šimon has advised clients on the construction of various types of construction projects, including infrastructure projects in accordance with international FIDIC standards.
He is also experienced in drafting lease agreements and property management agreements.
In the field of commercial law, Šimon focuses on preparing contracts for work, mandate agreements, brokerage agreements, and supply contracts.
Simon is an expert in administrative law with a particular focus on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the implementation of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, Šimon has experience in the energy sector.
Prior to joining our firm, he worked from 2019 to 2020 at one of the largest international law firms in Bratislava.
