Sona Manukjan specialises in corporate law, corporate transformations, and the legal aspects of building and managing concern groupings and holding structures.
Her another practice area is providing comprehensive legal advice to private clients, including in particular the solution and creation of intergenerational capital transfer, the so-called ‘Family Office’, i.e. asset management structures that ensure continuity and transfer of personal (family) assets, elimination of family asset fragmentation, and protection from potential creditors.
Last but not least, she also advises clients on regulation of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/KYC) measures.
Sona joined HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2021 as a junior associate and after passing the bar exam in 2023 she started to work as an associate.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2021, she worked at a law firm specialising in financial compliance.
