Svatopluk Novák specialises in financial law, particularly in the field of banking, finance and capital markets.
In the field of banking, finance and capital markets, Svatopluk focuses primarily on regulatory aspects of providing financial services, including licensing procedures before the Czech National Bank, and debt financing. He also has experience in legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and preparing legal analyses.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2018, Svatopluk worked for several years during his studies in a law firm specialising mainly in international law. During his studies, he also worked for half a year at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic.
